Contact Us
Every conversation is confidential from the first call. Tell us as much or as little as you know — missing documents and uncertain dates are completely normal in estate matters, and the conversation is useful either way.
Most people arrive at these pages while grieving. We run these files with that in mind: plain answers, no pressure, and matters moved forward so you don’t have to carry the process as well as the loss.

Office Hours & Reach
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with out of hours appointments available. We act nationwide: estate files run on documents, phone and email, the Dublin Probate Office serves Dublin, Meath, Kildare and Wicklow, and contested estates from every county are litigated in the High Court in Dublin — ten minutes’ walk from our door.
Helpful, Not Required
If they exist and are easy to gather: a copy of the will (or whatever you’ve seen of it), the death certificate, any grant of probate or administration, correspondence from the executor or their solicitors, and rough dates — especially the date any grant issued, because the strictest clocks run from it. None of it is required to call: in estate disputes, half the first conversation is usually about how to get the documents you don’t yet have.
